1. Go to Tools > Extensions to open the Extension Manager
2. Select IGNBQ from the list and then click the uninstall button at the bottom of the manager
3. Restart Firefox to finish the uninstallation

If Firefox screws up and IGNBQ cannot be uninstalled contact me; I know how to manually remove it. Or you can create a new profile.
